Dillon Webber, son of WGSG Founder and CEO Trey Webber, became Co-Founder and CEO in 2025 after serving as Vice President for five years. In this role, he oversees daily operations and administrative functions, ensuring the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. As the third highest-ranking executive, Dillon helps define the company’s strategic vision and fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration, empowering employees to contribute toward ambitious goals.

Chris Walker
Director of Field Operations Chris Walker is the DOFO and oversees all Field Operations, which include every one of our service lines. He serves as the administrative arm for all service departments, ensuring smooth coordination, consistent standards, and reliable delivery across the board.
Macy Faith
Macy Faith is the DOAS and oversees all administrative work, including Customer Services, Finance, HR, and other support functions, ensuring they operate smoothly, efficiently, and with a focus on excellent service.
Director of Administrative Services Alexa Kent heads Business Development, managing partnerships, contracts, and satisfaction for commercial and residential clients. She ensures property managers get consistent, professional service and that operations run smoothly. Alexa also oversees key partners and suppliers, including Ford and CAT.

Matt Casey has been with us for four years. He served as General Manager for two years, and as of 01/25/26 he was promoted to Regional Manager for the state of North Carolina. He now serves as the administrative lead for North Carolina, overseeing all administration and operations across the state.
